We're seeking two Billing & Claims Officers to join a leading NFP healthcare organisation in their Caboolture office. These temporary roles will support the Accounts Receivable & Collections team with day to day administration, billing and data entry. 

This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented professionals with billing experience who thrive in high-volume environments and enjoy working as part of a collaborative, values-driven team.

What you'll be doing:

  • High-volume data entry, billing, adjustments, and claims processing
  • Maintaining accurate client and account records in line with aged care legislation
  • Reconciling accounts, resolving discrepancies, and supporting invoicing processes
  • Assisting with accommodation bond and Medicare claims processing
  • Providing excellent customer service to clients, families, and internal stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with organisational policies, legislation, and audit requirements

What we're looking for:

  • Previous billing/accounts receivable experience (aged care or healthcare highly regarded)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and finance systems (Dynamics AX9 experience advantageous)
  • A team player with excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive approach
  • Well presented and able to represent organisational values professionally
