At OpenCorp, we guide everyday Aussies through smart property investment strategies that help them build long-term wealth – safely and sustainably. We're here to empower better choices and carefree lifestyles.

And as our new Junior Build Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in making that happen. You'll be the go-to link between clients, builders, and our internal teams during the construction phase — ensuring transparency, progress, and confidence at every step.

Here's the deal:

After probation, your on-target earnings (OTE) are approximately $66,000 + Super, which includes your performance bonus potential.

What you'll be doing (aka, why you'll never be bored):

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients from contract signing to handover – Basically, holding the client's hand through the build journey.
  • Manage relationships between builders, clients, and internal stakeholders, keeping communication clear and consistent.
  • Understand the build lifecycle and support the wider team with administrative tasks
  • Will be on the phone completing client calls – 100+ calls per month
  • Issuing progress claims to clients
  • Track construction timelines, budgets, and quality standards to make sure every project stays on track.
  • Proactively manage builder progress, identify risks or delays early, and escalate where needed.
  • Keep our CRM (Salesforce) accurate and up to date with milestone calls, client updates, and variation discussions.
  • Prepare and share weekly and monthly reports on build progress, risks, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Build Manager, Property Management, and Operations teams to keep projects moving smoothly.

You'll be great at this role if you:

  • Have great customer experience and are passionate about helping customers through the lifecycle of their build.
  • Have 1+ years' experience in residential real estate, building, property, or construction administration.
  • Love following a process and completing repetitive tasks, whilst being solutions focused
  • Communicate clearly — especially when navigating challenges or delays.
  • Have strong time management and multitasking skills, thriving in fast-paced environments.
  • Are proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure.
  • Bring confidence, initiative, and a positive outlook to every conversation.
  • Have Salesforce or CRM experience (highly regarded).
  • Know how to build strong relationships — whether it's with a builder, a teammate, or a client about to get their keys.
