About Us:
Aussie Solar Batteries Group is a booming renewable energy company providing quality solar and battery solutions to Australian families from 2017 with service areas covering metro and regional NSW, ACT and south QLD. Being a business leader in renewable energy we proudly conduct the whole process in house, which including wholesale and distribution of products, sales and installations.
About You:
We welcome candidates from all sales backgrounds who knows how to promote, sell and close on our range of products.
Standout applicants will be:
- In-Home or over the phone presentation and Converting warm, qualified leads to sales
- Manage/Update our CRM system with all appropriate information
- Preparing Proposals and following up
- Coordinating with home owner for solar/battery installation
- Achieve minimum KPI's & maximise sales opportunities
- Weekly (in person/phone/online) meeting for one-on-one report sessions
Requirements for this Roles:
- Must have direct sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPI's, and targets
- A strong desire to learn and build a career in the solar industry.
- An ability to close on opportunities given, as well as generate your own opportunities.
- Have a reliable motor vehicle and a Current Driver's License is a must.
- Open to learning new sales techniques and developing your sales craft.
- Previous Experience in the solar / in-home sales is not essential but highly regarded.
