Bega Group Wetherill Park, New South Wales, Australia Overview We have an exciting opportunity to join our field sales team in our newly created Sales Executive role.
Based in our Wetherill Park office 3 days a week with the flexibility of working 2 days at home - this admin-based role will be supporting the New Business team identifying opportunities, executing state campaigns as well as delivering hyper care and support to our newly onboarded customers.
As a key member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for managing and growing sales through opportunity-led initiatives, strategic account engagement, and strong collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
You will help deliver sales targets and drive efficiencies through data-driven decision making and execution excellence.
If you\'re passionate about customers, thrive on collaboration, and are ready to kick start or advance your sales career, we\'d love to hear from youResponsibilities Build pipelines of opportunity for new business teams to execute and convert Create, execute and lead sales campaigns to uncover and capture new business Execute state-based activities and programs as required Drive fridge utilisation and return on investment as needed Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers and stakeholders About You Demonstrated sales and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset Tech-savvy with competent skills on multiple tech platforms and programs including Excel Able to build trust and influence key stakeholders effectively Collaborative team player with a disciplined approach to planning and prioritisation Previous experience in sales or customer engagement roles preferred The Bega Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
