What we're looking for:
- Customer Service Experience
- Good communication skills
- A proactive attitude
- Availability for short-term or on-call shifts
- Basic building knowledge (preferred but not essential – we'll provide support)
- People aligned with our company values
You will receive continuous support and assistance from the management team who will provide training and guidance to help with your transition into the role.
About the Role:
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Coordination of contractors
- Preventative maintenance management
- Undertaking daily site inspections
- Approving invoices
- Identifying defects
- Providing general customer service
