About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Building Manager to join the dynamic team at LNL Property Service Pty Ltd in Western Suburbs in Sydney. In this full-time position, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations and management of commercial and residential properties.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Senior Building Manager with the overall management and coordination of building operations
- Conducting regular site inspections and monitoring building compliance with relevant regulations and safety standards
- Liaising with tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Overseeing the maintenance and upkeep of the building's common areas, including coordinating cleaning, gardening, and minor repairs
- Providing administrative support, such as managing records, preparing reports, and processing service requests
- Assisting with the implementation of building policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the property
What we're looking for
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar building management or facilities management role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage building operations and maintain records
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A collaborative and proactive approach to working as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in property management, facilities management, or a related field would be highly regarded
