We're Hiring: Facilities Manager & Building Manager

Location: Various Sites Across Metropolitan Sydney

Type: Full-Time & Part-Time (Limited vacancy)

Are you a natural problem-solver with a get-things-done mindset? At Delux Building Management Group, we're redefining what premium property management looks like—and we want energetic, switched-on Facilities Managers and Building Managers to join our growing Sydney crew.

Whether you're running the show at a high-profile site as a Facilities Manager, or keeping daily operations tight as a Building Manager, you'll be the go-to person making sure everything runs smoothly and everyone's happy.

What You'll Be Doing

For Both Roles:

  • Keep It Flowing: Oversee maintenance, security, and contractor coordination like a pro.
  • Be the Friendly Face: You're the point of contact for residents and tenants—your people skills make you unforgettable (in a good way).
  • Spot the Issues Before They Happen: Routine checks to catch and fix problems early.
  • Lead the Team: Motivate and guide cleaners, and onsite contractors to keep things looking sharp.
  • Stay on Top of Reports & Compliance: Track building performance, safety, and service quality with ease.

For Facilities Manager (Single Site):

  • Own all facility operations at one flagship site—end-to-end.
  • Dive into infrastructure, technical systems, service contracts, and compliance.
  • Create smart, forward-thinking maintenance plans to keep things humming.

For Building Manager:

  • Be the daily rockstar for residents—handle maintenance requests, building issues, and all the little things that keep a site running smoothly.
  • Collaborate with strata and owners' committees for great outcomes.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience: 2+ years in building or facilities management. Bonus points for tech or trade backgrounds.
  • People Skills: You're easy to talk to, know how to build trust, and make things happen.
  • Communicator Extraordinaire: Whether it's residents, trades, or execs—you know how to get the message across.
  • Tech Confident: You're cool with property management platforms, building systems, and reporting tools.
  • Qualifications: A property or facilities management qualification is great, but attitude and experience matter more.
