Looking for an Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

We are searching for an Event Coordinator with great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a hunger to learn and grow. The role is based within a vibrant young and fun team who work incredibly hard to service client needs.

Day to day duties will include the following:

  • Plan, support and execute incentives, conferences, product launches and a range of other events
  • Support the Event leads on creating once in a lifetime experiences for our clients and attendees
  • Creating and managing event databases in EventsAir
  • Liaising with Travel Manager to co-ordinate event travel
  • Management of hotels or venues including group accommodation bookings, attrition deadlines and reconciliation
  • Management of ground transfers and all transfer logistics
  • Onsite management of events (where required)
  • Create and implement templates and consistently review existing systems and processes

The above list is not exhaustive, and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Essential Skills:

  • Ideally you will have prior experience working in an event management agency
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Events Air
  • Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face
  • High level of computer skills, preferably including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Google Docs, and EventsAir

We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate a good knowledge of Events Air, impeccable administration skills, attention to detail, the ability to multitask across a range of projects simultaneously and showcase the ability to take initiative and work autonomously.

PROBATION PERIOD

Please note that this role is subject to a 3 month probationary period upon hiring.

SALARY

Salary up to 80k p.a + benefits (pending experience)
