We're looking for a capable and motivated Property & Inspection Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time role ideal for someone with formal real estate training and a desire to work in a structured, supportive environment. You'll be responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of a portfolio of rooming houses, with training and systems in place to guide you.

We're a fast-growing business specialising in the management and compliance of rooming houses across Melbourne. Our team is friendly, process-driven, and committed to delivering excellent service to both residents and property owners.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Conduct routine property inspections and prepare condition reports
  • Monitor cleanliness and presentation across all properties
  • Assist with lease sign-ups, renewals, rent increases, and bond processing
  • Communicate with residents, trades, and landlords
  • Coordinate and follow up on property maintenance
  • Support arrears management and issue breach notices when required
  • Assist with VCAT preparations and documentation
  • Follow established systems and ensure compliance is met
What We're Looking For
  • Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (or equivalent)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly organised, process-driven, and proactive
  • A calm, professional, and friendly approach
  • Comfortable using digital systems and tools
  • Mandarin language skills are a strong advantage
  • Reliable car and valid driver's licence
