The company has over 800 employees worldwide in its own network and a total turnover of AUD 100M (for more information visit our web site ). We have branches and warehouses in Brisbane & Sydney. We have recently opened a new office in Melbourne (Westmeadow).
The position is open for our Melbourne Branch.
About the role
The role is to ensure the front office and back office of the freight forwarding operations (import air & sea). Once you will be trained to our internal process, you will be handling your files from A to Z.
You will join a small -Medium (but very friendly) team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills, takes initiative, ..
Skills and experience
Team player, able to work under pressure & curious..
Willing to gain new experiences within the freight forwarding.
Ideally min 3-5 years local experience
Good Strong knowledge of customer service and operations role
Cargo wise knowledge preferred
Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documentation
Strong attention to detail, ensuring compliance with regulations
Excellent written and oral communication
Positive attitude
