The College of Design and Social Context is seeking a Quality Advisor to assist with Curriculum Architecture work.

The Role May include

  • Work collaboratively with members of the Quality Enhancement team and pro-actively with key stakeholders staff in DSC 
  • Provide project support for quality and compliance processes
  • Maintain positive and productive working relationships with all team members in the College LTQ team 
  • Adhoc administration
  • Liaising with stakeholders

About you

  • Demonstrated expertise in program administration
  • Ability to triage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Excellent Communication skills – ability to adapt communication style across a variety of stakeholders
  • High level of proficiency across Microsoft Suite – focus on Word, SharePoint and Teams
  • Familiarity with RMIT systems – Course Guide System and Program Guide System
  • High attention to detail  
  • Ability to review program and course documentation for accuracy, consistency and quality 
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn
