About the Role

You will assist in preparing quotes, analysing project plans, liaising with suppliers, and supporting our project managers in bringing beautiful outdoor spaces to life. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to develop practical skills in estimating, cost analysis, and project planning within a supportive and friendly environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reviewing project drawings, specifications, and tender documents
  • Assisting with quantity take-offs and cost estimates
  • Obtaining and comparing supplier and subcontractor quotes
  • Supporting the preparation and submission of proposals and quotations
  • Collaborating with project managers and team members to ensure project accuracy
  • Maintaining records and assisting with administrative tasks as required

About You

  • Currently studying at university or looking for part-time hours holding a relevant tertiary qualification
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in outdoor construction and design
  • Understanding of estimating and willingness to learn on the job
  • Competent with MS Excel and other office software
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
