About Us

Trippas White Group is bringing an exciting new venue to the heart of Sydney – See See Bar, located in the Porter House building. With a focus on curated cocktails, premium wines and whiskey, See See Bar will be a destination for sophisticated nightlife.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Head Bartender to lead the bar team. This full-time role will oversee bar operations, curate guest experiences and contribute to the creative direction of the drinks program.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor the bar team
  • Craft and serve innovative cocktails and classics
  • Assist in developing cocktail menus and beverage lists
  • Manage stock, ordering and bar maintenance
  • Uphold RSA and compliance standards
  • Ensure a consistent, premium service experience for guests

What We're Looking For

  • Valid RSA and valid visa to work in Australia
  • Extensive experience in cocktail bars
  • Excellent presentation, punctuality and responsibility
  • Strong customer service focus – our number one priority
  • Leadership and team-building skills
  • In-depth knowledge of wine, whiskey and cocktails
  • Availability for late nights, weekends and public holidays
