Job Description

Join our vibrant Champagne Bar team and bring your passion for people, flavour, and flair to life As a Bartender, you'll be the face behind the bar, crafting unforgettable moments and exceptional drinks for our guests to enjoy.

What you'll do:

• Create and serve premium cocktails, wines, and beverages with creativity and precision.
• Deliver warm, engaging, and personalised service that makes every guest feel like a regular.
• Share your knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology trends to enhance the guest experience.
• Keep the bar looking immaculate and well-stocked, from garnishes to glassware.
• Ensure responsible service of alcohol and uphold our brand standards of excellence.
• Be an ambassador for the hotel, showcasing our unique atmosphere and commitment to luxury hospitality.
• Anticipate guest needs and go above and beyond to exceed expectations.
• Assist with bar promotions, tastings, and special events that showcase our brand.
• Demonstrate the "Passion for Excellence"through serving our guests with flair and professionalism, ensuring that their requests are quickly and efficiently achieved.
• Ensure all guests are provided with personalised service and that the "Essence of Pleasure" is achieved.
• Embody the art of French hospitality through a "can do" attitude.
• Assist in stock management, including inventory checks, restocking, and rotation of supplies.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience in a premium / luxury venue or hotel.
• Strong cocktail, wine, and spirit knowledge.
• Valid RSA certification.
• Confident, energetic, and guest-focused with a passion for hospitality.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-presented with a professional yet fun attitude.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
