We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Paid Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of paid media across multiple brands in-house. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to step away from the churn of agency life and focus deeply on building and scaling a select few businesses.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and manage paid media campaigns across Google and Meta.
  • Develop and execute strategies that directly grow revenue and customer acquisition.
  • Work closely with business owners to align marketing efforts with brand goals.
  • Experiment, test, and refine campaigns with agility and precision.
  • Bring secondary skills to the table (SEO or organic social) to complement paid media.
