We are seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join a growing and supportive Allied Health team. This role is perfect for someone who loves helping clients build independence, improve daily function, and reach meaningful goals. New grads and experienced clinicians are welcome to apply.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a diverse caseload, providing assessments, therapy, and ongoing support to children, adults, or mixed caseloads (based on your preference). You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality, client-centred care across clinic, community, home, and/or telehealth settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive OT assessments and individualized therapy plans

Support clients with daily living skills, sensory needs, fine/gross motor skills, functional capacity, and independence

Deliver services across clinic, home, school, community, or telehealth environments

Collaborate with speech pathologists, physiotherapists, psychologists, and support coordinators

Maintain accurate clinical notes and reporting in line with NDIS and professional standards

Build strong relationships with clients, families, and external stakeholders

Participate in team meetings, supervision, and ongoing professional development

About You

AHPRA Registered Occupational Therapist (or eligibility to register)

Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Compassionate and client-centred approach to care

Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload

Valid Australian working rights

Driver's licence (for community or home-visit roles)
