Qualifications & Experience:

  • 2026 New Graduate Training Program available if required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current registration with AHPRA
  • Willingness to work across the lifespan
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
  • Valid driver's licence and reliable car
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-centred care

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' daily function in their home environments
  • Develop individualised treatment plans based on assessment findings and client goals
  • Provide evidence-based therapy interventions to improve function and participation
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records and documentation
  • Stay informed of current research and best practice guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development
  • Demonstrate knowledge of funding models (NDIS, My Aged Care, WorkCover, Medicare, DVA, Private Insurance)
  • Contribute to business and service development opportunities within the Occupational Therapy service
