To support our business growth, we are currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator or experienced Marketing Assistant wanting to take the next step in their career, to join our small, high performing team.

As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, including marketing collateral, POS, promotions, social media, websites, events and trade marketing. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys juggling multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders and taking ownership of execution.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create, update and manage marketing collateral across all brands
  • Prepare presentations, sales tools and product launch materials
  • Adapt and resize creative assets for print, digital, POS and social channels
  • Maintain marketing calendars, documentation and trackers
  • Maintain promotional calendars and trackers
  • Proofread and quality check all materials
  • Maintain brand consistency and accuracy across all materials
  • Develop promotional assets, including creative and supporting materials
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, launches and events
  • Manage and maintain Andi-Co websites and brand pages
  • Ensure all online content is accurate, current and on-brand
  • Help coordinate social media content plan

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Creative flare
  • Confidence working across digital, social and print channels
  • Collaborative working style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
