For this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales. You will work closely with the marketing and operation teams to create impactful campaigns, manage our social media presence, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to ensure alignment with company goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Assist in creating, planning, and implementing marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for the production of marketing materials.

**2. Social Media Management**:

- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Tik-Tok.
- Plan and create marketing content, write engaging copy, and interact with followers to strengthen the online presence.

**3. Market Research and Analysis**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
- Analyse campaign performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

**4. Brand Management**:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and communication channels.
- Support the rollout of new restaurant openings, rebranding efforts, and other brand-related initiatives.

**5. Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing and promoting events such as product launches, seasonal promotions, and community engagement activities.

**Skills and Experiences**:

- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is highly recommended.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
- Proficient in using various design software, such as Photoshop (PS) and Lightroom (LR), with video editing skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for food and customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
