**About the role**

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the development, implementation and delivery of the marketing strategy across the Capitol Health network.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Coordinate online presence on social media and key corporate digital assets
- Curate social media content and calendar and track performance
- Undertake relevant RACGP administrative requirements, responsible for the development and evaluation of CPD activities in consultation with the Medical Liaison Team
- Coordinate and plan Capitol Health attendance at industry conferences
- Collateral and merchandise design and management
- Internal communication management

**About you**

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be an excellent communicator who can engage and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are a confident decision maker and have the ability to problem solve. With a demonstrated passion for marketing, you will be a self-starter and be able to work as part of a team or on your own.

**Skills & Qualities**
- Digital asset development and social media management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust and reliability
- Ability to see tasks through to completion with mínimal supervision
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Proactive and solutions focused, one to put ideas forward to better the business
- Relevant tertiary qualification
