Navarra Venues is seeking a dynamic and strategic Leader to drive B2B growth across our prestigious venues. This is a rare opportunity to build a new Corporate Sales division, develop a high-performing team, shape the sales strategy, and work directly with executive leadership to influence the future of corporate and catering sales.
With over five decades of excellence, Navarra Venues is a market leader in luxury event spaces and bespoke catering services. Our portfolio includes Sydney's most iconic venues - Le Montage, Curzon Hall, Oatlands House, Conca D'oro, and the exclusive Villa Navarra estate. Your Role
As the Corporate Sales Lead, you'll:
- Lead and mentor the Corporate Sales team
- Drive outbound sales and build/manage a portfolio of B2B clients
- Develop and implement sales systems and strategies to drive revenue
- Represent Navarra at industry events and client meetings
- Lead tender submissions and negotiate contracts
- Deliver monthly sales reports and maintain CRM accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution
What You'll Bring
- 8-10 years' experience in a senior corporate sales role (ideally in events or hospitality)
- Proven success in B2B sales, achieving sales targets, and strategic growth
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- A network of contacts in Sydney's corporate and government sectors
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and commercial acumen
- A passion for delivering exceptional client experiences
