Are you someone who thrives on building relationships and driving growth?

We're looking for a driven and energetic Corporate Sales Specialist to join our Corporate Health Partnerships team.

You'll play a key role in growing Medibank's corporate portfolio by engaging directly with workplaces, promoting health and wellbeing, and delivering tailored sales solutions.

Alongside a competitive base salary, you'll benefit from an attractive monthly sales incentive structure that recognises your contribution and drive.

  • Have experience in sales, customer service, or business development (B2C or B2B)

  • Are confident presenting to groups and engaging one-on-one

  • Can manage your time well and juggle multiple priorities

  • Enjoy building relationships and working with a wide range of people

  • Are comfortable using CRM systems like Salesforce

  • Have a genuine interest in health, wellbeing, and helping others live better

What you'll be doing

  • Generating new business through cold calling, networking, and lead follow-up

  • Representing Medibank at workplace events, health expos, webinars, and presentations

  • Using Salesforce to track interactions and follow up within 72 hours

  • Promoting our LiveBetter program and member health initiatives

  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

  • Supporting marketing campaigns and lead generation activities

  • Providing advice to members to help them choose the right cover

  • Monitoring competitor offerings and highlighting Medibank's value

  • Reporting on sales progress and pipeline activity regularly

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation
