This pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading

We are partnering with our client, a leading financial services provider to recruit an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Insurance and Claims.

This role requires expertise in documenting and capturing business requirements, facilitating stakeholder engagement, and working effectively in an Agile environment.

Hybrid model - 2 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Break down Epics into User Stories, ensuring acceptance criteria are clearly defined.
  • Assess reporting needs and upstream/downstream impacts of requirements.
  • Facilitate requirement walkthroughs for the delivery team, whilst working in collaborating for SMEs.
  • Develop process maps to support functionality being delivered.
  • Collaborate with offshore teams, with flexibility for occasional after-hours meetings.

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Proven experience in General Insurance & Claims domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive alignment across teams.
  • Experience working with offshore teams and adapting to global delivery environments.
