We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high profile M&A program team at a leading bank.

This position is central to a Merger Program that is ongoing and is an opportunity to shape how the combined organisation will operate. You'll work closely with teams across both merging entities to guide and support change through data-driven thinking and clear analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and document current (as-is) and future (to-be) processes across key banking functions.

  • Lead workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration needs.

  • Support data mapping, cleansing, and migration between legacy and target systems.

  • Create detailed process documentation, flow diagrams, and data dictionaries.

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure alignment and integration success.

  • Help develop and execute testing strategies for data and process validation.

  • Identify and resolve issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

This is a 12 month FTC contract paying $180,000 Package. Sydney based, Hybrid working.
