About the role
This junior to mid-level role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced Business Analysts, supporting a range of business-led initiatives. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, capture requirements, and help drive delivery across diverse projects, including digital tools, a major HR system implementation, and procurement system enhancements.

Duties/Key responsibilities
  • Engage with business stakeholders to map and document processes
  • Gather, write, and translate requirements for technical teams
  • Support delivery across initiatives including HR system implementations and procurement tools
  • Assist in the rollout of customer feedback and reporting tools
  • Partner with senior BAs to contribute to project progress
Skills and experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a team
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a BA position
  • Exposure to medium-to-large organisations preferred
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges
