Pr & Content Coordinator

Tracado is looking for a gun PR & Content Coordinator to join our team full-time.

We are a boutique integrated marketing agency based in Melbourne and Sydney with a growing portfolio of predominantly family-owned businesses and hospitality-based clients whom we are extremely proud of and deeply invested in.

If you are passionate about publicity, or creating amazing copy and content, and are keen to delve into a role that will have you on your way to mastering skills across new and traditional media - we want to hear from you.

You will also be able to confidently pitch and secure coverage for clients; work with our creative team to develop great social media content & calendars, deliver clever and creative copy; and are well-versed with news outlets, journalists and influencers across food, wine, beauty, health and lifestyle.

**Working under our Directors and SAM, you will be responsible for**:

- Developing social media copy and working with our creative photography and video producers for a range of clients; building out monthly calendars for each across Facebook & Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok etc.
- The role will include planning, moodboarding, hashtag research and scheduling.
- Monitoring and Community Management of social media
- Developing engaging EDM’s
- Writing short pitches for clients across food and beverage, wellness, lifestyle, beauty and health
- Distributing media releases and pitches to journalists and media outlets
- Working with Telum as well as your own connections, to build out current media lists
- Executing and managing influencer outreach and engagement strategies as developed by the team
- Assisting the team with automation flows
- Conducting desktop industry research

**You will be**:

- Curious and adventurous about the newest drinks, bars, hotels, wineries, breweries, distilleries, and eateries
- Be passionate about health and wellness, and interested in the beauty sector
- Independent, self-starting and autonomous
- The type that takes initiative and is confident being client-facing and liaising with journalists
- Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for design
- Well-versed with the media landscape
- Well-versed with the F&B, beauty and health influencers
- Loves social media trends and be across the next hot trend
- Honest, open and transparent, tech-savvy, and a great communicator
- Great understanding of social media platforms and Canva

**You will have**:

- At least 1 year of PR agency experience working with food or drink-based businesses, the tourism sector, or the same in-house experience at a major hospitality-centric business
- A marketing, PR, professional writing, advertising, communications (or similar) degree.
- Full working rights in Australia
