We are seeking a support workers for Immediate Start

MUST have Car and Licence, with Comprehensive insurance.

Please do not apply if you do not have this requirement.

MUST  have a Cert III in Disability or Individulised Support and experience working with complex clients of at least 1 year.

Casual Ongoing Employment: $34 ph + Super + Loyalty Bonus

About Us:

Ease Assist – Quality Support Services are a Registered NDIS Provider. We are a dynamic team with a Goal Driven & Person-Centred approach. We focus on providing exceptional NDIS Supports, including SIL, Daily Support, Community Participation, Day Programs and Support Coordination services. We are looking to hire someone as soon as possible, as our caseloads are growing with a high demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support participants in living the life they choose

- Assist with daily activities, meal preparation, and personal care

- Promote independence and empowerment in all aspects of life

- Support clients' health by managing medication and appointments (must be medication trained)

- Provide transportation and accompany clients to community activities

- Help clients meet their physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs

- Maintain clients' dignity and independence through personal care

- Follow care plans, document progress, and monitor client assessments
