The Company

Our quarrying business, East Arm Resources based in Hillwood, produces and supplies aggregates, crushed rocks, and speciality products throughout Northern Tasmania and beyond.

The Role

Due to internal growth, we are currently seeking multi-skilled Quarry Operators to work with mobile crushing equipment and mobile earthmoving plant. Reporting to the Quarry Manager, this full-time role is perfect for driven, passionate people who want a challenging and rewarding role in a dynamic environment.

Desirable skills and attributes:

  • Residence location – reside in the local community within the proximity of our business.
  • Experience in mobile crushing equipment.
  • Previous working history in a quarry.
  • Experience operating excavators, front-end loaders, and dump trucks.
  • White card.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of fixed crushing plant operations.
  • HC or MC truck licence.
  • Good safety focus/awareness.
