Job Description

As a production leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our galvanizing plant, ensuring safe and efficient production while meeting customer expectations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating production schedules to meet turnaround times and minimize downtime through proactive maintenance.
  • Managing process control, including sampling, analysis, and adjustments.
  • Collaborating with teams to deliver products that meet quality, design, and customer expectations.
  • Enforcing safe work practices and investigating incidents.
Your Role

You will be responsible for leading the safety, quality, and production aspects of the galvanizing plant, ensuring that all areas operate efficiently and effectively.

This role requires strong leadership skills, practical manufacturing knowledge, and excellent communication skills to build rapport across different levels of the organization.
