We're Hiring — Videographer (Casual / 6 hrs p/w)

We're on the hunt for a creative and talented Videographer to join the team at 360 Degrees Marketing in Hervey Bay

Starting with around 6 hours per week, this role is perfect for someone wanting a bit of extra work and cash flow — ideal for freelancers or creatives looking to grow their portfolio while working with a fun, fast-paced marketing agency.

You'll be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality, story-driven videos that showcase who we are and help bring potential clients closer to our brand. Most videos will be short-form content (think Reels, TikToks, and behind-the-scenes pieces), with some longer-form storytelling projects down the track.

We're a Hervey Bay–based social media and marketing agency passionate about helping local businesses shine online.

From strategy to content creation, we take care of everything — so our clients can focus on what they do best.

Over the past six years, we've worked with more than 150 businesses across the Fraser Coast and beyond, creating content that educates, inspires, entertains, and converts.

We're a small, energetic team that loves what we do — and we're excited to bring someone onboard who shares that same creativity and drive.

We'd love to work with someone who:

Has their own equipment and can work mostly independently

Has strong editing skills and a great eye for storytelling

Is creative, proactive, and passionate about making content that stands out

Enjoys bringing ideas to life in a fun, collaborative environment

As our relationship grows, there will be opportunities to:

Create content for some of our amazing clients

Capture event coverage, interviews, and case studies across the Fraser Coast
