Sitemax works with some of Australia's leading construction and development companies to deliver superior scaffold containment and construction site signage for projects.

The purpose of this role is to produce high-quality content that supports the execution of our marketing calendar and strengthens our brand presence across digital platforms.

About the Role:

  • Create engaging content as per the marketing calendar and briefs provided (e.g. social posts, blogs, emails, video snippets, graphics)
  • Ensure consistency with brand tone, voice, and visual guidelines
  • Adapt content into multiple formats (e.g. turning a blog post into social tiles, or a video into short clips)
  • Basic video editing and graphic design where required
  • Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct copy for captions, graphics, and short-form content
  • Support marketing with the creation of presentations or internal communications content when needed
  • Contribute to content scheduling and uploading where required (e.g. into social media platforms or CMS)
  • Source imagery, b-roll, or user-generated content to complement marketing themes
  • Creation of marketing collateral such as catalogues, brochures, flyers, data sheets
  • Respond to internal feedback and apply requested changes in a timely manner
  • Work alongside designers or videographers on larger campaigns, supplying supplementary or supporting content as needed

KPI's:

  • On-time delivery of content in line with marketing calendar
  • Content quality and brand consistency
  • Positive brand growth and social engagement

About You:

  • 1-3 years experience in content creation, marketing, or digital media roles
  • Strong skills in written communication, copywriting, and basic graphic or video content creation
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
  • Highly organised, with the ability to follow direction and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to content quality
  • Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices
  • Motivated, positive, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Readiness to aid in different departments, performing any tasks as directed by management that is required for the success of the company
