Fundraising Campaigns Manager

About the role:
As a member of the Fundraising team and reporting to the Fundraising Director, you are responsible for growing revenue and participation across the Community Fundraising portfolio to create a sustainable fundraising model in line with FightMND's strategic objectives.
You will develop and execute the Community Fundraising Strategy and lead your team to optimise current campaigns and develop new opportunities to drive significant financial and supporter growth.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and lead the delivery of the strategic and operational Community Fundraising plan to maximise participant and revenue growth
- Identify and establish new revenue streams
- Develop and implement flagship FMND Community Fundraising campaigns and events, leading on concept development and campaign activation plans
- Develop and deliver acquisition and retention strategies and manage the implementation of the supporter journey for specific campaigns
- Develop and effectively manage campaign budgets and forecasts, ensuring a sustainable return on investment
- Represent FightMND externally concerning Community Fundraising
To be successful in this role, you'll have:
- Alignment with FightMND values – Urgency, Integrity, Efficiency, Boldness and Collaboration
- Proven track record of delivering successful campaigns including building acquisition and retention programs through digital promotion
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to make data-driven decisions, and previous budget management skills
- Strong understanding of supporter engagement, journey mapping, segmentation, and marketing automation
- Technologically savvy and digitally literate, experience using Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs and fundraising platforms
- A proactive and strategic approach to revenue generation
- Strong written and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be both hands-on and strategic
