About the Role

The Opportunity: This role is pivotal in ensuring that we attract and retain top talent and form a stable workforce. You will work closely with hiring managers across all aspects of the operations to understand their resourcing needs and provide support on recruitment strategies and talent management. Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
  • Source, screen, schedule, interviews & process all prospective candidates.
  • Actively source candidates via web portals, postings, social networks, databases & referrals.

Qualifications

  • Recruiting experience required.
  • Bulk recruitment experience preferred not essential.
  • Extensive sourcing experience; social, research & personal networks.

Pay range and package

What's On Offer 75k-80k + 12% super Monday to Friday 38 Hours Per week Uniform & Parking provided "Flare" Perks- Range of lifestyle benefits discounts via app.
