You will work closely with hiring managers across all aspects of the operations to understand their resourcing needs and provide support on recruitment strategies and talent management. Key Responsibilities:
· Manage full-cycle recruitment for a host of assigned searches.
· Source, screen, schedule, interviews & process all prospective candidates.
· Actively source candidates from – web portals, postings, social networks, databases, referrals & contacts.
Required Experience
· Recruiting experience required.
· Bulk recruitment experience preferred not essential.
· Extensive sourcing experience; social, research & personal networks.
