Warehouse Coordinator – Full Time.

Bio-Excel head office is located at Sydney, Australia. Our business activities cover both Australia and New Zealand. In the period, we have grown into a well-recognized provider in the interventional field. We are dedicated in the distribution of high technology coronary and peripheral vascular and neurological intervention medical devices. An intervention procedure is a minimally- invasive medical therapeutic procedure. We represent global industry pioneers in the cardiology, peripheral, abdominal and neurological intervention market segments. Our exciting range of products from start to finish innovative best-in-class medical devices.  Also, we aim to offer safer, faster and better technology in the challenging interventional procedures.

You will be working in the Operations Departments and reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor. This is a hands-on role and would suit a candidate who enjoys completing a variety of tasks, problem-solving, collaboration, and achieving customer satisfaction. You will be working both individually and within a team. The successful candidate can expect a competitive annual salary package upon completion of a probationary period and upon achieving sufficient work competency and key performance indicators.

Role Description:

Can work in warehouse with little supervision

Understand warehouse operations

Receiving

· Unpack shipment, Enter in SAP, Put away on locations

Dispatch

· Pick and pack using WMS and scanner, Knowhow in proper packing

· Knowledge in online manifesting

Stock take/cycle count

· Knowledge in running cycle count using Excel and WMS

Shipping

· Experience in export documentation

· Coordinate inbound and outbound

Warehousing

  • Understand warehouse arrangement
  • Knowledge in stock keeping
  • Inventory management of packaging material
  • Labelling
  • OH&S
  • Forklift driving
  • For inbound shipments
  • For warehouse arrangement

Any other assignments, roles and responsibilities that the company may reasonably assign from time to time

Skill & Experience

  • Logistic diploma or Degree
  • Previous experience working in warehouse.
  • Familiarity with Warehouse Management System software preferred but not essential.
  • Good time management skill in fast-paced organization.
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication.
  • Attention to detail and prompt responses to requirements.
  • Can work with minimum supervision and being part of team.
  • Team player
