THE ROLE:

We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing and Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team on a permanent full-time basis. This role is perfect for a creative and motivated individual who is passionate about real estate, has a keen eye for detail, and excels in both traditional and digital marketing channels. As the Marketing and Media Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand presence, engaging with our community, and supporting our sales and property management teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Yard Property's listings and services.
• Manage and create content for our social media platforms, website, and other digital channels.
• Coordinate and design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
• Monitor and analyse the performance of marketing initiatives within the real estate industry and adjust strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and property management teams to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
• Organize and support company and community events to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in real estate marketing.
• Assist with property & corporate copywriting & proofreading.
• Develop & implement new marketing campaigns and projects to increase new consumer engagement and improve brand awareness.
• Maintain corporate sponsorship relationships.

THE CANDIDATE:

• Qualification in Graphic Design or Marketing.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the real estate industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, and SEO.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach with a strong attention to detail and good team player.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work to deadlines.
• A positive, friendly personality with pride in professional personal presentation.
• Work to an ideal week yet be open and flexible to unpredictable urgent tasks.
• Must be able to learn quickly, multi-task and manage your workload.
• Immediate start highly desirable.

Salary range $70,000 - $80,000 pa
