Empyrean Education Institute, a leading college in Western Australia, is dedicated to excellence in Cookery, Patisserie, and Hospitality Management. With our headquarters in the vibrant port city of Fremantle and a modern training facility in the heart of the Perth CBD, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our student recruitment team and help drive our continued growth.
The Role
We seek an enthusiastic, disciplined, and proactive Marketing and Admissions Officer to play a pivotal role in promoting our courses and guiding prospective students through the admissions process. This is a full-time position offering a fantastic opportunity to combine marketing flair with strong administrative and interpersonal skills.
Key Job Roles:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with potential students and agents.
- Work closely with the admissions team to coordinate campus tours, course information presentations, and related activities.
- Update and manage the company's social media accounts regularly, enhancing our digital presence and social media profile.
- Design and produce engaging flyers, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Visit business partners and provide updated information to key stakeholders.
- Assist in coordinating student activities and business events.
- Attend industry networks and events (may require work outside of standard business hours).
- Provide essential administrative backup to the admissions team.
- Available to travel interstate/overseas occasionally to represent the college.
Skills & Attributes for Success:
The successful candidate will be a college ambassador, representing Empyrean in a friendly and professional manner at all times. You will possess:
- Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- Excellent knowledge and skills in social media platforms and digital marketing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to conduct engaging presentations and public speeches.
- The ability to work effectively as a member of a team and independently as required.
- Solid computer skills, especially proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- The capacity to thrive in a fast-paced industry, meeting targets and goals in a timely fashion.
- A keen and willing attitude to learn new skills.
- Excellent Spanish speaking and writing skills would be highly advantageous.
