About the Role

We're seeking a Dental Assistant / Dental Receptionist to join our friendly, passionate team in Fulham Gardens, Adelaide You'll play a key role in creating exceptional patient experiences and supporting our clinicians in a modern, thriving practice.

Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Assistant:

·Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and instruments.

·Assist chairside during dental procedures.

·Manage patient records and medical histories.

·Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-op care.

·Ensure every patient feels comfortable, cared for, and confident.

Your Day-to-Day as a Dental Receptionist:

·Welcome patients warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our culture of care.

·Manage appointment bookings efficiently using Praktika software.

·Handle calls, enquiries, and payments with professionalism and positivity.

·Coordinate with assistants and clinicians to maintain a smooth, seamless patient flow.

·Contribute to a fun, supportive team environment where everyone thrives.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you are:

·   Experienced in dental (preferred but not essential).
