**Job Title**: Part-Time Digital Marketing Coordinator

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and dispatch engaging weekly newsletters.
- Implement customer segmentation strategies to tailor personalised communications.

Content Marketing:

- Develop and maintain SEO-optimized blog content.
- Adapt blog content across multiple platforms to maximise reach and engagement.

Social Media Management:

- Craft and schedule compelling posts for various social media platforms.
- Foster community engagement to enhance brand loyalty and presence.

Compensation:

- Hourly Wage: $28.00 - $45.00 depending on experience (part-time)
- Performance Bonuses: 1% of revenue during Black Friday Cyber Monday (BFCM) from Nov 15 to Dec 15 and End of Financial Year (EOFY) from June 15 to July 15.
- Commission: Earn 10% on sales through affiliate marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- A minimum of two years’ experience in digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Fluency in English; native English speakers preferred.
- A musical background is preferred, enhancing your ability to connect with our product line and audience.
