We currently have a full-time opportunity for an Office Assistant to join our Brisbane team.

About the Role

  • Be the friendly first point of contact — answering calls, greeting visitors, and helping with general enquiries.
  • Support the team with a range of admin tasks, including quotes, documentation, data entry, mail, and record keeping.
  • Keep the office running smoothly by coordinating supplies, cleaners, vehicles, and other daily essentials (e.g. delivering documents).
  • Learn and use company systems to help maintain our processes and support compliance with the Integrated Management System.

About You

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and a willingness to learn new systems.
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when working independently.
  • A valid driver's licence.
  • Experience in an admin or reception role would be beneficial but not necessary.
