**QUT Student Guild** is the representative organisation for students at the Queensland University of Technology. With facilities and operations at Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point we aim to provide a better experience for students during their journey at QUT.

QUT Student Guild is looking for the right person to fill the role of Finance Officer in our busy Kelvin Grove office.
- Entry, payment and filing of supplier invoices
- Customer invoicing and monitoring
- Providing support to Commercial Outlets daily banking and stock management
- Payroll assistance
- End of month reconciliations and reporting

**Skill Requirements**
- Strong attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Proficient in Office 365 (Outlook, excel, word)
- Xero experience preferred

Full training will be provided and you will receive the support of a fun and enthusiastic team of staff and elected officers.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

- Finance: 2 years (preferred)
