About the Role

AROA is seeking a Global Product Manager to join our growing team in Auckland, reporting to our Director - US Marketing based in the US. This role is pivotal in driving the global marketing strategy for one of our core portfolios, with a primary focus on the US market. Key responsibilities include -

  • Support and help develop the global marketing strategy
  • Lead execution of strategic initiatives
  • Align marketing activity with broader business goals and regional nuances
  • Refine product messaging and positioning to strengthen market presence
  • Create and manage promotional content (print, digital, web)
  • Build strong working relationships across the business
  • Coordinate marketing projects and campaigns from planning to execution
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and macro influences
  • Provide insights and recommendations to regional and global leadership
  • Support regional marketing teams with campaign resources and tools

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a strategic, results-driven marketer with:

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in Medical Device
  • Experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies, campaigns, and product launches
  • Strong understanding of US market
  • Proven ability to tailor marketing plans
  • Clear and effective communication skills written, verbal, and presentation
  • Comfort working cross-functionally and managing multiple projects
  • Flexibility with working hours to ensure partial overlap with our US-based team
  • Ability to travel to the US up to 2 times per year
