Why we need you

As we grow from a beloved niche into a global creative brand, we're looking for a senior marketer to play a pivotal role in leading Urth's global marketing efforts across B2C and B2B. You'll work closely with our in-house Creative team and channel leads to develop and execute marketing strategies that elevate Urth into the world's first true lifestyle photography brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set the strategy, translate commercial goals into channel plans, and roll up your sleeves to deliver campaigns alongside the team. You'll be responsible for shaping how Urth shows up to the world - building campaigns that inspire, connect, and convert, while laying the foundation for a high-performing marketing department.

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Own Urth's global marketing calendar across all channels: product launches, brand campaigns, events, and sales.
  • Translate brand goals and commercial targets into channel strategies that drive growth and brand equity.
  • Align channel teams (Creative, Performance, Amazon, Wholesale) to a unified plan.

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Build and lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns from idea to execution.
  • Collaborate with Creative on ideation, briefing, content production, campaign shoots, and project management.
  • Ensure campaigns land flawlessly across all touchpoints and customer journeys, inspiring our audience and growing our community.
  • Track performance, report on results, and refine strategies to continually improve impact.

Channel Leadership & Coordination

  • Partner with Performance Marketing on paid media strategy, ensuring creative and messaging ladders up to brand and commercial goals.
  • Partner with eCommerce to ensure Shopify is optimised for conversion, with campaigns and merchandising aligned to the calendar.
  • Lead CRM and lifecycle marketing through Klaviyo (email/SMS), creating retention journeys that boost LTV and deepen customer relationships.

Brand Stewardship

  • Protect and elevate the Urth brand at every touchpoint - ensuring tone, voice, and aesthetic are consistent and aspirational.
  • Scale authentic content and storytelling by working with our community of photographers and creators.

Team Development

  • Play a key role in shaping the marketing team structure as Urth scales.
  • Mentor and guide new team members, building a high-performing, collaborative department.

What we're looking for:

  • 6+ years of marketing experience in a design-led consumer brand, with a proven ability to drive both creative impact and commercial results.
  • A track record of building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that move the needle.
  • Strong strategic thinking: ability to break business and marketing goals into clear channel plans.
  • Skilled in cross-functional leadership - aligning Performance, Creative, eCommerce, and Product teams to deliver campaigns together.
  • A strong visual eye and excellent communication skills, able to brief and collaborate with creative teams while also crafting compelling messaging.
  • Data-driven and commercially minded, with experience using metrics to refine strategy and improve performance.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects at pace.
