Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Supervisor, located in the Greater Adelaide Area. The Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, managing teams, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with clients and project managers. Key tasks involve scheduling work, verifying the accuracy of machinery operations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires vigilant monitoring of project progress and clear communication with all stakeholders to ensure the efficient execution of civil earthworks projects.

Qualifications

  • Experience in civil engineering, earthworks, and site supervision
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining earthmoving machinery
  • Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of GPS & UTS site works electronics
  • Understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Ability to solve problems and make effective decisions under pressure
  • Previous on-site experience in civil earthworks projects in South Australia is beneficial
