Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Newcastle Area for a Club Supervisor. As a Club Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily club operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and coordinating events and functions. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and assisting with marketing and promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in event planning and coordination
  • Basic financial management and budgeting skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in the hospitality or club industry required.
  • Relevant certifications in hospitality or management are essential, including current ARCG, RCG and RSA certification.
  • This role requires the ability to work over a variety of shifts, including day, swing, evening and late night.
