The Role

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for a wide range of duties to ensure that the project is delivered in line with specifications and are both cost and time effective. Duties include assisting in the program construction and developing project methodologies, reading and understanding the project contract, monitoring project costs and determine variations as well as seeking cost saving initiatives, collaborating with site engineers and crews to ensure the compliance to both project standards and safety requirements, and communicating with the client team and building strong relationships across the site to ensure the successful completion of the project.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in leading crews
  • Experience in reading and interpreting plans and drawings
  • Current Driver's License
  • A White Card
  • Digital literacy, including experience with Excel
  • A high level ability to problem solve and understanding risk management
  • Availability to work day shift, night shift, and weekend work as required
