Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in the Greater Sydney Area. The Site Supervisor will oversee construction activities, ensure compliance with safety regulations, manage site staff, coordinate with subcontractors, and monitor project progress. They will also be responsible for quality control, maintaining schedules, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
- Experience in supervising construction sites and managing staff and subcontractors
- Knowledge of safety regulations, quality control standards, and construction best practices
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Relevant certifications and licenses are a plus
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
