Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Greater Sydney Area for a Security Supervisor. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage a team of security personnel, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining a safe environment, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling any security incidents efficiently. The Supervisor will also be responsible for coordinating with clients and reporting on security activities.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory Skills and Operations Management experience
  • Proficiency in Physical Security practices and protocols
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in security management
  • Experience in the security industry, particularly within the Licensed Venues sector, is an advantage
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively
