We are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take the lead on tendering for upcoming projects. This role offers the opportunity to work across a strong pipeline of commercial and residential developments. They are looking for a key team player who can leverage local industry knowledge and networks to add immediate value

  • Work on a diverse portfolio of exciting projects
  • Prepare accurate quotes and tender submissions for commercial works
  • Engage with subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to deliver competitive tenders
  • Flexible salary package, reflecting experience

About You

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in estimating, ideally across commercial and residential projects
  • Proven ability to price projects ranging from $50M to $200M
  • Strong construction background with a track record of tendering success
  • Well-connected in the Adelaide market, with existing relationships across subcontractors and suppliers
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor of Construction Management (or equivalent)
  • Procore knowledge is desirable
  • Skills in quantity surveying, contract administration, or business development will be highly regarded
