Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Health Safety Advisor in WA. The Health Safety Advisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures. Daily tasks include conducting risk assessments, performing audits, ensuring compliance with HS regulations, and promoting a safe workplace culture within the company. The advisor will work closely with project management teams to minimize risks across various job sites.

Qualifications

  • Health and Safety (HS), and Occupational Health knowledge
  • Minimum Cert 4 WHS
  • Auditing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing EHS policies and procedures
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Candidates with a background in civil construction or mining industries are preferred
